Our History

Emiliano Construction was founded in 2008 by a very dedicated and experienced head of household who possesses an innate love for the construction business. In spite of the challenges of starting a construction and home improvement company in the midst of an economic recession, we have been able to survive due to our dedication to the work and sincere focus on professionalism, which has allowed us to gain the trust and confidence of customers in the New York City area and beyond.

We are a family company, and each member of our team possesses the qualities of honesty, integrity, dedication, and reliability. This, combined with the collective drive to grow our business and an ingrained work ethic, ensures that our customers are provided with the highest quality of work possible, every time.

NYCDOTOur tracking number from the NYC Department of Transportation (DOT) facilitates the ability to for us to pull permits for over 150 different types of sidewalk and roadway construction projects within the city.

General Contractor License
NYCDOBWe possess a valid and current General Contractor license from the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB). This means that we are recognized as a construction company that is allowed to legally work in the city and also able to pull permits for any type of job.

Home Improvement & Locksmith Licenses
NYCDCAContractorNYC requires a home improvement license for work being performed in a 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-family dwelling or an individual unit/condo in a multiple-family dwelling. A locksmith license is required to repair, service, install, inspect, and open and close locks by mechanical means.

Emiliano Construction Corp possesses both licenses and regularly renews them to keep our status active and our work legal.
